By arrangement with our service team, equipment should be sent to:

We will email you to confirm receipt of the equipment and then inspect it.
We will email you again within five working days of receiving the equipment, supplying a written quotation for the cost of the repair, an estimated delivery time and a request for your approval to proceed.
On receipt of your confirmation to proceed via a purchase order, which we will acknowledge by email, we will carry out the repair. After this is completed, the equipment will be cleaned and, where appropriate, new calibration labels affixed.
We will email you to confirm when we have shipped the equipment back to you.
The turnaround time for standard products is usually within five working days of receipt of your instructions to proceed. For more complex repairs, we will strive to minimise the time taken to complete the task and return the equipment. If equipment needs to be sent to external suppliers for repair, the turnaround time will be longer.
